The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is a federal agency in the United States responsible for ensuring workplace safety and health. 

 HIPAA, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, is a U.S. federal law enacted in 1996. It aims to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient's consent or knowledge.  

 Bloodborne pathogens are infectious microorganisms present in human blood that can cause disease in humans. These pathogens include, but are not limited to, viruses such as hepatitis B (HBV), hepatitis C (HCV), and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). 

 Hazard Communication, often referred to as HazCom, is a set of standards established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to ensure that information about chemical hazards and associated protective measures is communicated to workers.  

 COVID-19 awareness refers to the understanding and knowledge about the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which is caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).

 Aseptic techniques refer to a set of practices and procedures designed to prevent contamination and maintain sterility in healthcare settings, laboratories, and other environments where cleanliness and sterility are critical.
